1. Puffers
I can’t get enough of puffy vests. I love them so much and my closet is proof of
that. I will be honest when I say that I
have at least five of them; black, red, navy, blush, etc. They are so easy to throw on for a little
extra warmth, they’re comfortable, and I always think they look cute on other
gals.
So, here’s hoping they look decent
on me since I wear them so much! The weather
here has officially turned fall, so it is time to break out the ‘ol standby
vests.
I’ve pinned a few colors I’m
loving and taking tips on how they’ve styled their vests for inspiration.
2. Wallpaper

Isn’t this wallpaper fabulous? I love anything black and white; it’s
classic. I would love to use some
wallpaper such as this in a room in our house.
I have already painted and decorated our main floor bathroom, but have
regretted not doing something bold such as this. I think I may need to branch out and attempt
some fun wallpaper in another area of our home because I just can’t get enough
of all the different patterns I’m seeing lately.
3. The Dilema
Every year around this time, I start to debate about my
hair. Should I chop it all off, or
should I keep letting it grow so that someday I can say I have long hair
(almost there). My hair grows at a less
than average pace; literally only about an inch or so a year. That being said, it takes forever to get long
hair again after a chop. At the same
time, I don’t do much with it now so what’s the point in keeping it long? Ugh, real world problems, right? So here I am again going back and forth on
what to do. I see photos like these and
I want to chop, chop, chop!

Then I see photos like this and I realize how easy it is to
be able to pull my hair back with the kids.
So, what should I do?
4. Memories
I have a love/hate with Facebook (mainly hate) that I know I
have talked about before. Yet, there is
one thing that stands out to me about this form of social media, and that’s the
memory reminder posts. Every once in a
while when I log on, I get surprised to see old photos that I posted years
ago. When I see these images of my family,
I can’t help but appreciate the reminder.
It makes me realize again how time really does get away from us, and how
we need to treasure every moment.
5. Eddie Bauer
Have you guys been in this store lately? I used to be a regular, and then took a few
years away because their style just wasn’t matching mine. Low and behold, I made a venture in a couple
of weeks ago and loved so much of what they were carrying. They have definitely revamped their inventory
and are catering more toward an active lifestyle. If you haven’t been in the store in a while,
give it a whirl!
Today is a short day for me at the clinic and I couldn’t be more
excited to get my weekend started. Here’s
to lots of fun and activities on our days off, and to these yummy goodies
hopefully showing up in my kitchen in the morning. (hint, hint hubby).
