It was another wonderful weekend at the lake. The weather was warm but the humidity stayed at bay which made for a much more enjoyable outside experience. We started our Saturday morning at our favorite little bake shoppe for coffee, "coffee" for the kids, and a caramel pecan roll. I could literally eat four of them they are so amazing!
I love how the littles want to have their "coffee" with us. Mr. Brady was such a ham stomping around the shoppe as if he owned the place. He had to show everyone how he was such a big boy with his cup and straw.
My beautiful cousin from Chicago and her family spent the day with us on Saturday. It was simply awesome to catch up with her and see her adorable little girl! The kids all loved swimming in the water and we lived it up on the boat that afternoon.

While we did lots of swimming, Brady caught up on some sleep. Sweet angel boy. And don't you dare let go of your water. ;)
Miss Tess has been practicing her jumping action from the back of the boat. The summer started out with her quite timid but now she has this down like a pro. She always wants to jump to somebody but has a habit of jumping a tad bit too close, pretty much on my head, so I had to bring in the life jacket for reinforcements! Safety first!
It's hard to believe that July is coming to a close here shortly. That being said, we are soaking up as much sun and fun as we can!
As a side note, my Nordstrom order arrives today! Can't I just be home already?
