Despite the weeks of preparation, festive music on my radio, endless nights of baking goodies, and family celebrations; I still can't believe that the holiday is upon us! Where did these weeks go?
We spent time as a family doing fun activities all month but it still amazes me how the days come and go so quickly.
Tonight is the last night to finalize everything before Christmas morning as Mr. Burns has to work on Christmas Eve. And let's pray he gets home at a resonable hour as it may be tricky keeping Miss Tess upstairs with her anxiousness of seeing whether Santa visited or not! (I made a call to Santa last night to tell him that he was to keep one present of hers since she wasn't being nice to her brother. That may have been a bit harsh but it sure did the trick.)
