*My Chanel Shoes

I am not a very trendy person.  This statement has proven to be even more accurate as I get older.  However, I do try my best to stay up to date with fashion and decorating not because I feel it’s an obligation, but because I secretly obsess over all things clothing and design.  My style is a mixture between preppy and classic, hence how I’m not too trendy. 

For the past few weeks I have been obsessing over a particular pair of Chanel shoes.  They are definitely not ones I would have pictured myself gravitating towards, but I couldn’t seem to get them off my mind (real problems, right).  Needless to say, in this day and age I’m not one who is going to spend the price tag to purchase a pair of gems like those above anymore.  However, I have been on the search for something similar and just last week I snagged these up!

I wore them to work today and so far, so good.  They are just the look I was going for and they are comfortable as well.  Having little to no heel is a must for this momma and these fit the bill.  Another bright side (as if I need to justify the purchase) is that they were under $30!  So, I won’t feel so bad if this is one trend I won’t want to wear next season. ;)
